Raw material preparation:

Wet kraft paper is a cellulosic material derived from buffalo hides, which is highly resilient and abrasion resistant. Auxiliary materials include plasticisers, fillers and stabilisers.

Wet kraft paper treatment:
Wet buffalo kraft paper needs to be treated to improve its workability and bonding properties. Firstly, the buffalo hide is cleaned and soaked to remove impurities and dirt. The buffalo hides are then soaked in a specific chemical solution to soften the cellulose fibres and improve their flexibility. Next, the treated buffalo hides are cut and ground to obtain the desired wet buffalo kraft paper.

Coating:
In the coating process, the adhesive is applied evenly to the back side of the wet buffalo kraft paper. This is achieved by means of a coater, in which the wet buff kraft paper is transported on a set of rolls on which the adhesive is applied and then rolled onto the back of the wet buff kraft paper. The applicator has a precise control system to ensure even application of the adhesive.
