Surface Finishing

01 Meaning

03Different process
Laminating process
According to the different raw materials and equipments used, laminating process can be divided into ready-to-coat laminating process and pre-coating laminating process.
(1) Ready-to-coat laminating
Firstly, the roller coating device is used to spread the adhesive evenly on the surface of plastic film, and the solvent in the adhesive is evaporated after the drying device, and then the prints are pulled to the hot compression laminating device, where the plastic film and prints are pressed together to complete the lamination, and at the same time the rewinding is completed, which is then deposited in the finalizing and slitting. 2)Pre-coated laminating film

(1) solvent-based varnish
