(2) Phenomenon: blurred pattern

Original solid: pad printing adhesive tip is too soft; loose fixture; the tip falls fast; steel plate etched too deep; ink is too thin or too thick; product surface with dust or oil.

Solution: replace the hardness of the appropriate glue head; check whether the fixture to fix the product is loose; adjust the drop speed of the glue head; replace the depth of the steel plate; the use of additives to adjust the consistency.
